We all have questions that we want answers to in our lives. Some get answered quickly while others are slow. This is true for most if not all of us.
Wouldn’t you agree that changing one’s mindset is important to overall health? I know this firsthand, and I highly recommend it.
Not, what if we saw the glass as half full, but what if we just turned on the freakin’ faucet and sent it just overflowing with awesomeness? What if we really sought out the good in everything and asked ourselves: Could I see this another way? Could we even get a little good from even the seemingly bad?
And here we are running around all day long like our heads have been chopped off complaining that we don’t have enough time or money to do this or that. But is that true, really? What if we changed our perspective? How could it change your life, in every single area?
I always think about all of those stories about families who have lost everything under tragic circumstances of war, poverty, illness or severe weather — and yet, as long as they’re together, many times they’ve actually found peace and a deeper and truer happiness.
What if you changed your mindset about those things? How could it change your life? What if you saw the traffic as a chance to sit and listen to your favorite music? Or all those chores as an opportunity to be more active and/or do them so purposefully that they actually became meditative? Or that workout as luxurious me-time?
