You rarely ever hear a man complain about bloating. For whatever reason it seems as if us ladies are cursed with angry bellies. We bloat when we in the morning, we bloat at night. We bloat when we eat…heck some of us bloat if we even think about eating! “Drop down and do 25 pushups with your fat bloated stomach… ” are words that will never come out of a female personal trainers mouth! An experienced and mature female exercise professional is worth her weight in gold to you… exercise, results and experience are all important… but let’s not forget “Understanding”.
